University of Miami (UM) and Florida International University (FIU) - CRNA Programs
I was fortunate enough to receive an interview at FIU and I've had interviews at previous schools before and want to do really well on this. What did you use to study? I understand their interview style is more clinical heavy, but did they ask any EI questions? Any med math dosage questions? I want to put my best foot forward and excel. Thank you! And congrats ? I hope the program is going well.

National University CRNA - 2026
My science GPA is about 3.8. I retook the only course I got a C in and got an A. I've also taken 4 graduate level courses and got A's in all of them. My cumulative GPA is actually on the lower end- 3.3. I have my CCRN, TNCC, 5yrs of ICU experience at a level 1 trauma facility, charge nurse, preceptor, and on a few unit committees.

University of Minnesota CRNA 2024
I reached out to the team once I found out I was wait listed but haven't since then. I did apply to other schools, but this was the only one I was waitlisted for and my top choice of school. I really resonated with the facility, location, and structure of the program. Did you apply else where?

Hey All, I just joined the community and I'm looking for some insight. I've been a nurse for the last 5yrs with 3yrs in a level 1 surgical/trauma unit. My undergrad GPA is 3.0(which I know is low to be competitive for CRNA school). I'm involved in multiple committees on my work unit and I'm also a preceptor. I have experience working as a Rapid Response Nurse. I've also obtained my CCRN and currently studying for my TRCN (which I know may or may not make much of a difference). I have excellent recommendations for school (Trauma surgeon, supervisor, and ICU NP). I've completed an Advance Pharmacology course a year ago and after speaking with a school I was interested in, they recommended I take Advanced Patho and Intro to Nurse Anesthesia through Barry University. I recently completed those courses in the Spring and received an A. I'm just wondering if there's anything else I can do to stand out more... that's honestly the reason I plan on taking my TCRN. Thanks for your assistance. - Saint Mary's MN CRNA - Class starting 2024
