Has anyone received an offer letter yet? I had my last interview on 02/23/24 for the ED, C-Pod unit but haven't heard back yet.

For anyone who has been offered or accepted a position in a department, what is the starting pay?

Congrats on getting to the next step! This will be my last semester but still have to do my preceptorship in January (which I'm hoping to do at Vandy). So I was thinking about applying for the May start date once it is opened. I plan on sitting for my NCLEX in late March or early April. Which track are you going for?

Hello everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has recently been accepted into Vanderbilts Nurse Residency program for late 2023 or early 2024? I am in my last semester of getting my RN, BSN and would like to apply to the Adult ED tract once it is opened for May of '24. If you have been accepted, can you please tell me how the interview process went, how long it took, and what your pay is? Were you able to negotiate your pay? Thank you so much!
