Best of luck! What unit? Just look up behavioral questions. It was all scenario based. "Tell me about a time…” questions.

No way! It's so competitive. I also applied to multiple postings and was able to get 2 interviews!

Nice! I just interviewed but there was only 1 spot & 5 candidates. So that wasn't the case for me.

For those who have been hired with Harbor how long after your interview did you receive an offer?

The email said I have not been selected to move forward. But it didn't specify which department. IDK I did kind of apply late.

So I had an interview for the ICU position last week and the manager mentioned they will be having a job fair and I will be hearing from them after they interview more candidates. But that was it

I told them step down but also willing to work anywhere. Wbu? From my understanding 4 MST, 4 step down, 6 ED

Was that a new grad position? I thought on it was only med surg, ED & step down?
