I was actively working as a nurse in 2015 when I was placed into pnap and also was in active addiction. It was the hardest thing ever. I wasn't ready to get clean. They ultimately ended up suspending my license for 5 years. They honestly tried to do everything they could with me before it came to that though. I was clean for a year and my license was eligible for reinstatement in 2022 so I gave it another shot. I just got a job at a nursing home after being on probation since January of last year. All I can say is it's much easier to navigate pnap and do what you're supposed to if you're truly staying clean/sober.
