I got offered the job and accepted! I will be working in the PICU starting in the fall, I am beyond excited.

I have an in person interview for the PICU on June 19th I'm so nervous this is literally my dream job! They mentioned shadowing also but I'm not sure how that would work. Did anyone shadow?

I got an email last week saying that I got a phone interview with them. I am not sure what the difference between this and a one way interview is? I'm so excited but also nervous! If anyone had a phone interview do you mind sharing what questions they asked? Best of luck to everyone else interviewing as well, hope to be work buddies soon LOL.

I just received an email saying that there is a very high number of applicants so they are going through them one by one and said I will be notified soon of my application process and thanked me for my patients. Glad to hear something from them but the waiting continues LOL.

Still nothing sadly :( I applied almost a month ago now, not sure what my next step should be

@NurseBaeB if you don't mind me asking how does the pay compare to other positions you applied for? I am from NYC and their starting pay is around $105k I love CHOP so much that I feel like even if it is significantly lower I can't pass up working there.

I applied to the ICUs, what about yourself? The finish line is sooo close I graduate in may ??

Hi I just applied on March 17th and I haven't heard back either yet! I'm thinking they are in between hiring for the March 31st graduates and getting to ours which are up to the July graduates. I hope everyone hears back real soon ?
