I hope St. Joseph Orange is still sending out offers. They said they were hiring 30 new grads total, but I've only seen 1-2 people on here with offers from them. I would think there would be more people on here with offers if they were done hiring?

I'm in the same boat. I think I only saw the surgical unit getting back to people for SJO? Waiting for MICU/IMCU but haven't heard back. Application is still under consideration.

Did anyone ever hear back from St. Joseph Orange's MICU or IMCU?

I interviewed on the 12th and they told us 2-3 weeks also! I haven't heard anything back yet but I expect it's still early.

On my interview confirmation email, there is a section that says, "The following documents have been included:" and one of them is a Candidate Letter. The letter contains information about filling out the TIP Interview Survey. The survey I am referring to is for St. Joseph in Orange. Not sure if other hospitals also have one.

Supposedly it's an intake form where you rank your top 3 units and list some demographic information. It says it's required to secure your interview slot, but I still have my interview slot scheduled on HireVue despite not filling out the survey in time. It was due Jan. 2 apparently. It was linked in the interview confirmation email, but I accidentally overlooked it because I thought it was just part of my Resume attachment.

If we missed the deadline to fill out the TIP Interview Survey, does that mean we're automatically disqualified? Or is there an opportunity to fill it out during the interview?

Has anyone received an interview invite for a hospital that they didn't put as their first choice on the 2nd text screening?

Does anyone know the phone number for Providence's HR/Talent Acquisition? I've sent a few emails with questions last week and this week to various recruiters but haven't heard back from anyone.

This is good to know!! If I have to reapply I'll keep this in mind, haha. I was planning on letting them know if they were my first choice during the interview but it's good to have it on the screening forms too.

Thanks!! I'm wondering the same thing! I'm really hoping for Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo too, but I only put St. Joseph in Orange as my first choice. I wasn't sure if we were allowed to put multiple as our first choice and didn't want that to disqualify me if I did... but maybe it's OK? I have no idea

St. Joseph in Orange is January 8 and 12, looked like from about 8AM to 2PM-ish. They're weirdly spaced in 22 min time slots and there was quite a bit of availability when I signed up for a time slot.

I got a text and an email at the same time. It woke me up, haha.

Thank you! There is still hope! It's still early in the morning, so I expect they'll roll out more interview invites over the course of the day. I have a little bit of outpatient RN experience (like only 1-2 months though). Otherwise mainly just clinical rotations at non-Providence hospitals, volunteering, club leadership/membership, and some research / quality improvement experience.

Was just able to schedule an interview with St. Joseph in Orange! Have any of the other ministries released interview invites today?

Does anyone know if any of the Providence SoCal hospitals have a commitment to stay there beyond the 1 year residency program?

Also got a call that they're cancelling the new grad program for ICU. Guess we'll just have to reapply next cycle and hope this doesn't happen again ?

Is the application for sure closed now? I saw on last year's forum that it closed, but then reopened to be available again on the last day to submit. I assumed the deadline was 11:59PM, not 12AM ?
