I had my interview yesterday. They told me they still had more interviews to do. I am nervous. Also, the application now says "Job Closed", I'm hoping that's not a bad sign? and that it just means no longer accepting applications from other applicants. I hope I hear back with an offer.

I accepted offer for July, but now want to apply do a different unit for October. ?

Has anyone has an offer from PCU? If so can you share how long the contract is? Thank you

How hard is it to transfer units? the only thinks that sucks about Parkland is the contracts for nurse residency.

Hi, sorry this is late post. I am graduating this may 2023. I see this post is Winter 2023, but I am confused... is Winter 2023 for graduates of last year? the only residency I see for 2023 that I can apply is the Summer 2023. I want to apply for Winter 2023, but it looks like interviews were held last year. I did not know offer/time took a year.

Asking for a friend. Why do some people who apply for ICU residencies don't get interviewed. Is it because of BSN>ADN or resume? My friend who works at Parkland applied to MICU and Neuro ICU and did not even get a chance to interview. He has only had 2 interviews and 1 offer. He applied for all residencies on January 27. He said the HR/recruiter said all ICU's were full/closed, but it's weird that they didn't interview him (being an employee and applying fairly early in January), whereas other units make sure to interview all applicants before they make decisions.

Depends on the unit, but from what I've seen is that they usually send offer the next day. good luck ?

$20,000!? thats crazy! It looks like all the specialty units are 2-3 yr contracts with big penalty fee.

I had an interview with ED yesterday but I don't remember them mentioning when I would hear back. I also haven't heard from others if they've got an offer from email or phone so that's why I was asking so thank you for replying, but I'm also curious what about like no offers do they email people to let them know they didn't get it? I'm soo nervous. ED is the only unit that emailed me to offer interview. I'm still waiting on other units. ?
