    Hi friends! Just wanted to give y'all a timeline of how my application to offer situation looked like. -I applied for NAT, Mother-baby, L&D, and NICU on 1/19 at night -The next day (1/20) in the afternoon, I got an email to schedule an interview for Mother Baby (crazy fast, I was surprised) -Interview was on 1/25 in person on the unit -Received an offer on 2/3 at around noon! I have not been contacted by any of the other units that I applied for, I'm wondering if NAT and L&D just take longer to look through applications? Wishing everyone luck on their upcoming interviews! You're gonna do amazing!
