  1. Anyone here accepted offers to MICU? Would love to connect :))
  2. Contracts suck tbh but I get that it's an investment on both ends sooo...I can see where it makes sense. Hope you end up getting it!
  3. Thanks! It went very well. The managers were easy to talk to and super personable, hardly felt like an interview at all. Don't be afraid to talk about your how your clinical experiences have shaped your nursing care...and patient safety is always something everyone loves to hear. Only reason I chose elsewhere was because I received an ICU offer while they offered me PCU. Good luck to you!!
  4. I was offered a position at Heart and Spine and was told by the recruiter it is a 2 year contract...
  5. Thanks. Good luck! hope we can all get our specialties of choice!
  6. Yes L&D, NICU, and OR residencies are all 3 yrs. I assume this is due to cost of training??
  7. Hey Justine, I just got an offer for Parklands OR Summer 2023 residency. I would love to connect with you and get to know more about it! Unfortunately it's not letting me direct message you. Could we possibly email ?
  8. got an offer for the OR :))) if anyone is curious the contract is 3 years
  9. Hey, congrats on the interview! Have mine for OR tomorrow. Do you mind sharing any questions I should be prepared to answer?
