Yes NAT stands for neonatal assessment team. They are at delivery and stay with. Baby for first 3-4 hours until admitted to mother baby. @elann I would definitely be prepared to answer why Prkland? I know someone who interviewed for ED or ICU (can't remember) and they got a priority question

I heard back from mother baby they did interviews last week. Not sure how many spots they have open. I also applied and L&D, NICU and NAT. Would love to hear back about the NAT position. Good luck!
