I received an offer for days in NICU and Im going to accept it!

Is anyone doing their phone call today?

I think we need to be an RN but we won't be working as an RN until we get accepted into the residency in August. I think this is just a stepping stone to get more experience before the residency starts.

Has anyone applied to the CHOC New Graduate Nurse Position that was open over the weekend? Wanted to start a thred incase anyone else applied!

Does anyone know of any new grad residency programs in the SoCal area opening soon? I heard last year CHOC had a Spring cohort added, are they doing that again? My specialty of interest is in the NICU so if anyone knows of any NICUs in SoCal hiring new grads that would be great!
