  1. Hi, how were the clinicals set up. Were they integrated throughout the semester or is it all consolidated towards the end of each semester. The reason I am asking is because I am not that close the area, but are willing to travel if clinicals aren't weekly. I know some schools consolidate all into 2 or 3 weeks at the end of each semester.
  2. I was thinking about applying to both. What semester are you applying to? I kind of wanted to see about the May start for Regis, but it says the application deadline has already passed, so I actually hoped that they are pushing it back. I am waiting to hear back from admissions now. Did they allow some courses in progress by time of application or all has to be done? Do you know. Thanks!
  3. Hi Kelly. Sorry to be a creeper. I noticed you have a Colorado number. I am from Colorado and was considering applying. Did you get anymore insight on the program. I wondered if they have clinical partners in the state. I was looking at applying but wondered if I missed the deadline.
  4. It is dependent on state. Regulations can differ, but as far as I know, absolutely no states can a RN operate independently. BUT... they may own and operate independently with a medical director "overseeing" the practice. Some states do not require the medical director to be on site. They're basically being paid to just order the prescriptions and take responsibility. So, I am assuming that a responsible medical director would check over procedures and practices and offer training etc, but some may not do so. You will be surprised at how many people break the law. I know a "surgical tech" that does botox under a medical director. Totally not legal. I have heard of some others that order their products overseas that doesn't require a doctor. Crazy
  5. Thanks for the response! I am not, but hopefully will be, part of the cohort. I joined anyway if it's OK. Can you tell me a bit about your experience? I can fb message or email If preferred
