I'm guessing that's just a possiblity since some people selected to 2nd interview might turn it down so they need a pool of candidates to go to the next one in line?? I could be totally wrong though LOL probably depends on the unit, but at least it's a good sign showing we kinda passed the first interview

Just got an email saying my application has been forwarded to unit managers and they will select candidate and directly contact. Didn't specify what unit for me

Same here.. I'm guessing they won't let us know until their second round panel is all done. Hopefully will hear back tmr since it is the last day of panel? just want a closure LOL

Congrats to your offers too!! Pay was a small part of the reason; I personally prefer sites that get both local and transfer babies, and just felt like I vibed with the other staff team more during interview. It was a tough decision though, I'm sure both places are extraordinary to start as new grads

I heard back and had interviews with NICU and CTICU this week. Most were typical behavioral questions I did get asked a clinical situation question but it wasn't too specialty-related. I believe they are both still conducting interviews at least for this week, so don't lose hope! Hope you all will hear back soon and good luck with interviews!

I'm sorry that happened it must be so frustrating. They were able to send you an email saying they got no response which means they do have your email. I couldn't think of a better number to call, I think emailing NewGradRN is the best way. My invite for interview came from NewGradRN so maybe try searching that in your email? Good luck I hope you find the answer soon

Congrats to people who got interviews! That is something huge! I remembered from the info session they said they were going to send out invitation from early jan-feb, so I hope they are still working on it and more people will receive news in the next couple weeks! Finger crossed for everybody!
