  1. Yes. Professor denied saying those things. The school district sided with the professor. The school district has jurisdiction. They didn't do anything. Professor still teaching there.
  2. Of course I did! Sadly, the police does not have jurisdiction over the school is the problem.
  3. The professor said things that were derogatory and discriminatory and even made a comment about my family.
  4. You don't have to believe me. The professor didn't send a threat to your house.
  5. You have to defend yourself. No allies.
  6. When you're being bullied, people will tell you. Something is not right about the instructor.
  7. My case is indeed bullying. Staff members and patients said so.
  8. No. I'm here to warn students to be careful. They usually target 1 student each semester.
  9. Listen to your gut! There's definitely something wrong with the professor. The professor have access to your personal information( phone number and address). My professor sent stuff to my house from their personal address and their reasoning was.... covid lockdown, campus is closed. Gather as many witnesses and evidence as you possibly can. The school would most likely downplay or conceal the situation.
  10. N430 is last semester.
  11. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm pretty sure you are not the first student to be bullied by this professor. Bullying can be disguised as the nursing program being intense. If she called you names, this is emotional abuse. Find your witnesses and save your evidence if you want to report to the school. They won't believe you unless you do.
  12. Congrats to those accepted into the nursing programs! I wanted to share my experience in ARC. Be careful who you chose as your instructor in N430; There's bullying in the program. Especially if you have a medical condition, foreign students, timid/quiet/loner, female etc. (Targeted groups)
  13. Are there limitations to bullying? When is it considered a hate crime?
  14. I never thought I would be bullied by my own instructor. I did not pay for this! The instructor called me derogatory names on the unit and even got the other nurses on the unit to bully me. Then, she made up stuff about me so that she could fail me from the course. Also, I heard it happened to another student. The school refuse to do anything to her.
