Yep, mine says closed. Makes me wonder if that's just referring to the application period being closed

I think it went well! I was asked a few behavioral questions (no clinical scenarios.) He was super nice and it felt very conversational

No, but I wouldn't lose all hope yet. It's only Tuesday, and they could still be reviewing applications

I received a phone call from the recruiter that I was selected for an interview. When I spoke to her Friday she told me that there is a different recruiter handling ICU (I'm not sure about stepdown) for both locations. To my understanding, there is one recruiter handling both med/surg and tele for both locations Yes!

I'm not sure if it applied to all units. When the recruiter called me Friday she put me down for Tele, had me fill out the form, and then told me she'd call back if the unit manager was interested (didn't specify when.) I then got the call yesterday asking to do an interview, and the only date I was given was Tuesday.

IDK if they reached out to people for Hollywood, but for those that chose Culver City they called me yesterday and said that the unit manager was doing virtual interviews today until 3pm.

Yes, she told me the same thing! Just had virtual interview today with the unit manager for Culver City's Tele unit, and he said that they will let us know by the end of the week if we were selected for final interview 8/20.

Yes! Long Beach is the only one I've heard anything from. CSULA has been so quiet. I wish LA County's decision came out sooner ?

That's super good to know clinical sites aren't too far from the school. I'd be commuting! Are there students in your program that make commutes and still find balance within the program?
-
CSULB Nursing Program Fall 2023
How far are clinical sites from the university itself?

Don't apologize! That's extremely helpful to know, and I really appreciate your thorough response.
