  1. Hey anyone starting at texas health Feb 13?
  2. My interview was postponed cos I was affected by the hurricane during that period.
  3. It was supposed to be today, but I was affected by the hurricane and they canceled the interview to give me some time.
  4. oncology. But I also applied to L&D and Mother baby. OB is more of my first choice so hopefully I get interviews for those as well.
  5. I got an email to schedule an interview for the Dallas location.
  6. You can have multiple offers but the recruiter I worked with said when you accept an offer the other apps are withdrawn
  7. Evening: 3pm – 11pm $3.50 ii. Night: 11pm – clock out $5 iii. Weekend: Friday 7 PM- Monday 7 AM $6 I just found out it’s for antepartum. Got an email with info about the interview.
  8. Yeah it’s $28 with no experience. I think if you have hospital experience it’s a little more
  9. She didn’t say it was specific. Just “womens services” I found out the pay rate is $28 per hour for anyone that was wondering
  10. That’s crazy cos mine was Monday morning and she told me there was no available interview spots. Maybe some people dropped? but I ended up getting scheduled for Dallas womens services interview which was kind of my first choice location and specialty anyway.
  11. When did you have your phone interview with the recruiter to schedule for the actual interview?
  12. Yes I accepted the position but I’m waiting on other hospitals I applied to as well. The recruiter had said my other applications within THR would be withdrawn but they all say under review so I’m not sure what’s going on with that.
  13. I don’t think they’ve started anything. Mine says the same too. I didn’t get any email or nothing as well.
  14. What I did and I advice you do is if the recruiter says no more women services openings, ask if they can look up the other locations you applied to and if they can find availability at those ones instead? My recruiter automatically wanted to schedule for my second choice but I asked her if she could look up Dallas if they had womens services availability open and she messaged a colleague (because she only handles west region) who told her the availability and helped out.
  15. I did west and Dallas. What region do you have first tomorrow? you can only do one pre screening. I had the west one first and she said the same thing, just got off with the Dallas recruiter and he said the same thing and was like since I set one with the first person I don’t need to do another. They only allow one prescreening at a time. Which sucks because it’s only one interview you can schedule and if you don’t get it then you have to go back to find available interviews for your second choice
  16. It sucks! Yes they were kind of interview style questions but more relaxed. She asked about my education, work experience. Why I chose nursing, etc she said she was using it to fill out a form. What location did you apply to?
  17. Thank you, yes I accepted because the recruiter gave me limited time and I didn’t want to decline and not get the other positions I applied for at other hospital systems and be stuck without a job.
  18. It was a basically a pre screen to schedule for an actual interview. She asked general questions. Some of the positions are already filled up (I guess by internal applicants) and they had limited availability for interviews when we wanted to schedule my top choice (womens services) was filled up at Irving and grapevine but she was able to find a spot for me at Dallas to interview later this month.
  19. Congratulations That’s so exciting. I applied for womens services as first choice and oncology as second. What is the pay if you don’t mind?
  20. The email said interview so I’m kind of confused, it didn’t say pre screen but we’ll see, I have mine on Monday so I’ll let y’all know
  21. the email said interview so I’m confused on if it’s an actual interview
  22. Oh they prescreen first ? What is that like? Also what’s the interview like if you don’t mind me asking
