    I have done a ton of reading on random forums about criminal charges and the BON, as I am going through a case where I didn’t disclose my arrest. I have read many many many stories of nurses getting their license after a DUI. You were HONEST with the board, you shouldn’t have too many hurdles. You might need to submit the police report, court docs, letters from friends/professionals verifying you have made steps in your life to change. Then, I can see why they wouldn’t give you a license. Your original arrest was not a repeat felony DUI, it was a 1 time mistake.
