  1. Sorry to hear that! Did you hear back from any other unit? @BSNxSushi Have you heard back?
  2. Here's the link: https://www.uclahealthcareers.org/job/16660992/RN-new-grad-residency-program-los-angeles-ca/ Also, I saw that ED is not one of the options, which is where I did my preceptorship. I know they recommend you apply to the unit you have the most experience in. Do y'all think they'll still consider me if I apply to ICU? or would I have a better chance if I apply to medsurg? Thanks!
  3. Thank you! I'm from the Bay Area, so I've been anxiously waiting to hear back!
  4. Hi! Thank you for making this thread. I applied to the specialty training program and on sept 1, I got an email saying my application was accepted and that I passed the competitive rating examination. I have not heard anything since then. Hopefully they start reaching out soon!
  5. Has anyone heard from the ED? My application changed to referred to hiring dept on 8/23, but I haven't heard anything since then. Congrats to everyone who got interviews!
  6. Hi y'all! My application status changed yesterday to referred to hiring manager. I have my BSN, RN license, BLS, and ACLS. My choices were ICU, ED, and PCU. I completed my preceptorship in the ED. I have healthcare experience as a nursing assistant and I also have volunteer experience. Does anyone know if they mainly hire people from San Diego? I'm from the Bay Area. Thank you!
