Just accepted an offer this morning from the Adult Transplant Unit!! But I was wondering if anyone knows when we're going to receive the documents from HR because my portal hasn't been updated since the beginning

I believe that UCSF's offer deadline is by the end of next week for all tracks. Someone did mention that they got an offer last week so you never know. Maybe try contacting the recruiter?

I wanna think that. But I had a situation at UCDMC where I was asked for references and then wasn't hired ?. 3 of them have to be managers/supervisors; preceptors* and professors count as managers. I believe the other 2 can be anything

Group 1 and Oncology

I've had interviews before at UCDMC and Stanford, so I think having been through those interviews really prepared me for the type of questions they asked. I would try practicing answering common questions with a friend, I think it really helped me out since we were both preparing for interviews

I had an adult-surgical interview today. A few hours after my interview, they called me for another interview next week ?

I just got an invite for another interview!

Still no confirmation email for an Adult-Surgical interview time slot and first interviews for today are in an hour. Hopefully, I get scheduled for tomorrow or they just change the interview dates altogether ?

Did any Adult-Surgical people get any confirmation emails back?

For those who got interviews for Adult Surgical, did you guys get a confirmation email in response to your preferred Zoom interview time?

I do! I also have my RN license and a lot of other certifications. My interview was super strict on time and we would get cut right exactly at 1 minute and 2 minutes. I think what may have made me stand out is that I was very brief and direct with my answers, so I didn't get cut off. There's probably a lot of other factors as well, but that's all I can think of on top of my head. I wouldn't lose hope yet tho since the day still hasn't ended ?

I'm not sure. They just gave us time slots to pick our interview time, and they said in the email those were the 2 days and groups available for interviews

Yes, I just recieved it around 4. I think there were 36 people invited? There's 12 total groups with up to 3 people in each group being interviewed on tomorrow and Wednesday.

I got an interview for Adult-Surgical as well! It was my #1 choice. My under-review status never changed since the start (only my Adult-Medicine app), so I don't think the dates being changed matter.
