Grossmont College Nursing Spring - 2024 Cohort
Hi everyone! I was on vacation and just got back to see that I'd been accepted!! My points range should be between 87-90 depending on how many life experiences were accepted. I'm so excited! I'm going to make a facebook group for our cohort and post the link here if anyone is interested in joining! Here's the link for the facebook group I created! https://m.facebook.com/groups/679488690795937/?ref=sharehttps://m.facebook.com/groups/679488690795937/?ref%3Dshare&exp=93fa&mibextid=S66gvF

Palomar Fall 2023
I got in!! I'm a bit frustrated by how long they took to get back to us because I won't be in town tomorrow for the orientation and I made plans to go to a friends wedding out of town the last week of august since I did not think I'd be starting the program. If they can't accommodate me I'll be giving up my spot unfortunately but I'm happy to know I'm capable of getting in!

California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) ABSN Spring 2023
Your points are amazing! You'll definitely get in ? The great thing about CSUSM is that the evaluation worksheet basically lets you know if you did everything right to get in. How long did it take for them to send you your evaluation after you submitted your application? Also are you from the Los Angeles area? I also applied to CSUN for Spring 2023 but I'd prefer to go to CSUSM because I'm from San Diego, so I wouldn't have to move and change jobs and all that. Best of luck! I'm 100% sure you'll get in though.

California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) ABSN Spring 2023
Hello everyone! I'm creating this thread for all of the CSU San Marcos ABSN Spring 2023 applicants to exchange information throughout the process of waiting for acceptance letters. My stats are: Last 60 Units - 3.52, Core Nursing - 3.84, and TEAS 86.0%. Based on this, my points are at 38 but I'm waiting on the evaluation worksheet to confirm that. The only thing I'm nervous about regarding my application is whether or not my Chemistry class will fulfill the requirement. I currently have a grade for Intro to Gen Chem completed and I am enrolled in a Summer Organic Chem course as well but the final grade won't be posted for another week, which is after the application deadline. I'm going to submit my updated transcript as soon as I receive that grade, so here's to hoping I get into the first round of offers. Best of luck to everyone else who applied and lets keep each other updated throughout the process! ?

CSU Northridge ABSN Program Details
Hi everyone! I recently applied to the ABSN programs at CSUN and CSU San Marcos. I've found very little info about the program at CSU Northridge, so I wanted to ask current or former students to share some details about the program if possible! 1. How many days a week are your classes? 2. How many days a week are clinicals? 3. Does anyone also work part time? I know they don't recommend it but it's southern California! People need to eat LOL. I expect to get into both programs based on my TEAS and GPA. CSUSM only has classes one day a week and clinicals two days a week so I want to be able to compare this schedule to Northridge's to allow me to better decide between the two. Thanks a bunch!
