What is the start rate for new grads

Having a good support system at work is extremely helpful. The good thing is that you expressed yourself and they are there to help you. I feel like I would be the same afraid of a new unit and if the unknown glad you feel so much better I am planning on doing that but Angels of Care only offered 2 days of training which I didn't think was enough. Is this what you plan on doing?
