personally, I do not write another nurses name in a chart because she assisted me. If I need her name I will ask her to do a documnetation. I recnetly did vital signs on an unresponsive patient and was surprised to see vital signs done by "my full name". What is that for. We never always documnet who did a vital signs that way, so I am assuming this nurse, same title as mine is just looking company in case there is a court issue. I will raed what my state nurse act says though.

Hi Suzanne, I am on opt and my employer wants to petition for me. if it does not come through before opt ends what do i need to do. Can I continue working once the process starts ot what do i need to do. Thanks for all your help

Hi suzanne a hospital hired and had offered initially to petition for me. I am on opt and it expires may 08. At what time should paper work start. Do they have to wail till my opt near expires or can they do it if retrogression is resolved today. thank you.

Hi suzanne, at what stage during employment on opt does your employer start sponsorship?. MY opt starts may 07 and ends May 08. Do employers have a special time to start sponsorship or it can be started as soon as i am hired.
