  1. I am starting day two of my orientation to l&D I have been a postpartum nurse for almost 2 years I am excited but need lots of information, would you mind sending me some of the cards you made up just for me to get going like on cyto, cervadil, pit, and epidural I would appreciate it if you dont mind sharing them I am very much so trying to get organized please my email is [email protected] thank you!
  2. I know this has been discussed many times but i am really curious I am looking for a Postpartum SBAR/Cheat sheet is there anyone out there that has something like this I am trying to come up with one that is good and maybe someone can share one they use and I can adapt it it just seems there arent many cheat sheets so to speak for Postpartum I would like something i can pass off that is thorough for report giving and whatever else i may need to do. Sorry maybe there is a place we can find to upload these sheets. So that everyone can use them I know I can put the ones i have made up. thank you all!
  3. I am just curious to know if anyone is interested in sharing their report sheet for OB and Mother-Baby or postpartum with me I am trying to make something that will work and I just wanted to see if anyone had something they really liked that they would share with me. Thanks in advance! :wink2:
  4. I am wanting to make out some good patho cards anyone have a good template or know the best way to do this I want to get prepared for Advance med surg and I think if I make these cards for reference it will help big time! Thank you
  5. Oh and i forgot here is a care creator page for that diagnosis http://www1.us.elsevierhealth.com/Evolve/Ackley/NDH6e/Constructor/index.cfm?plan=34
  6. Ok first I want to ask is she over weight? Does she have a diet problem? Because the way i understand the sodium restriction is to a fluid overload problem alot of the time especially in patients with right sided CHF I may be wrong...Someone stop me if I am wrong hehe I would do it if she is overweight and she has maybe said something about not eating well at home. This is what I would put...... This is str8 out of Nanda Imbalanced Nutrition: more than body requirements R/T Excessive intake in relationship to metabolic need AEB Pt reports dysfunctional eating patterns, weight 10% over ideal for height and frame (overweight) or weight over 20% over ideal for height and frame (obese)
  7. thank you so much this is great!
