Nursing Interventions for Care Plan
Ok first I want to ask is she over weight? Does she have a diet problem? Because the way i understand the sodium restriction is to a fluid overload problem alot of the time especially in patients with right sided CHF I may be wrong...Someone stop me if I am wrong hehe I would do it if she is overweight and she has maybe said something about not eating well at home. This is what I would put...... This is str8 out of Nanda Imbalanced Nutrition: more than body requirements R/T Excessive intake in relationship to metabolic need AEB Pt reports dysfunctional eating patterns, weight 10% over ideal for height and frame (overweight) or weight over 20% over ideal for height and frame (obese)
