  1. I got in, and am still deciding. I really haven’t been a fan of their whole process or the responsiveness from the University itself…..
  2. Of course, friend! ? Don‘t lose hope — we all want this really bad, and have all worked really hard to get this far which is a feat in and of itself! I’m not sure… I also had some questions related to clinical stuff that wasn’t able to be answered in my interview. I’m going to reach out to the school today and can keep you all updated about what I hear!
  3. Maybe our faculty EI questions were the same and the non-faculty asked different questions based off of our answers? I wouldn’t be disheartened! It sounds like you prepared and studied really hard — maybe your interview just went in a different direction than mine did because of some of your answers, which isn’t a bad thing!
  4. The non-faculty CRNA was rapid fire asking me questions about ERAS medications and considerations for giving them, then asked about the MOA and indications for atropine.
  5. It definitely felt rushed. It was also a lot more clinical than I thought it would be!
  6. Yeah! It sounds like the Clinical Placement Coordinator works really hard to get you the clinical opportunities you want -- nerve blocks, independent practice, etc. The program sends everyone to at least one small, rural facility where CRNAs run the show. He described it as "you get a taste of everything". Dr. Bunker was one of the first graduates from Westminster, and has an incredible vision of where he wants this program to go. He said he has invested money in getting more anesthesia machines, more high fidelity simulation equipment and is trying to get a new anesthesia building in the future (that part won't be there when we're there).
  7. I have one more interview tomorrow, but am strongly leaning towards Westminster after hearing more about the clinical/additional enrichment the program offers ☺️ Has anyone created a facebook Page for this new cohort?
  8. My plan is to work as long as possible then move down after the first 2 semesters.
  9. I just got an email that my admissions portal was updated. I got in!!
  10. Nope, I wish! I really liked the faculty. Good luck!
