Sorry I didn't get back to you in time. For anyone else wondering and lurking, -I was external. I did not do any clinicals or have any ties to Stanford or trivalley at all. -The panel interview consists of the unit managers and the program coordinator. It's a group interview and they will rotate ~ 4ish behavioral questions along with the intros. -I'd recommend putting together a couple of stories (I did like 10 stories) using the star method and practice in front of a mirror, record yourself or w a friend/family so you know how you sound/look. I basically practiced until I could recite them on demand (make sure you don't sound robotic tho) Dress professionally, bring a portfolio and a little notepad to write down info ( I also wrote down my questions to ask at the end). Another thing, do your research about the hospital. It is NOT the same as Stanford PA at all. One thing I believe made me stand out was that I incorporated some of the history/values of tri valley specifically into my intro and why I wanted to work here. Good luck for anyone reading this!!

Mines is surgical telemetry, which I believe is 1 west? I interviewed on the 6th in the afternoon. I totally get it! I had countless rejections before this and shedded so many tears! Keep going and don't lose hope! I'm also here to talk if you or anyone wants ?

Has anyone heard back from surgical panel 1? Interviewed yesterday afternoon. I felt like the other candidates were so good?

35 total, including internal applicants? Also can I ask how the interview went and what questions they asked? I have an interview with them on Tuesday and I'm super nervous?

4.0 GPA, 92.7 TEAS, 136 hospital volunteer hours. I'm a little surprised that I got in considering I had so little experience and wasn't bilingual or anything
