My recruiter sent me an information packet about program requirement, but I am still seeing mixed messages regarding interview and shadow part of the application. Is shadowing done at my current civilian work place and if so how do they verify the hours? And is the interview being done with army CRNA at phase 2 site?

Hi all! I have been an ICU nurse for a year and I just decided to start applying to USAGPAN this year? I know application closes in august but it sounds like its a very long process. Am I too late to get started? also, from USAGPAN website, looks like there is a shadow/interview at clinical site, does anyone know what it is like? thank you!
