I JUST GOT ACCEPTED INTO THE ACCELERATED OPTION FOR FALL ? I just got the email OMG I applied two days before the deadline I’m so happy they got back this quickly! I’m waiting to see if I get into the generic full time option also! Where are my accelerated friends? ??

Thank you guys!! It was okay tbh! I did really good on the math section then my science and reading were the same roughly but I somehow did poorly on the English grammar section so that sucked LOL!

Do you have a license too? I just spoke with someone else in the medical campus and they said for me to do the form I need to also have a license, not just my BLS/CPR card and I was like uh what? How is that possible LOL Did you apply and then do an exemption form? Or did you do the exemption form before and then apply? I can’t apply until tomorrow and I saw the exemption form takes 21 days to process so I’m like uh what LOL @BeeMarie22

I didn't have time to study so I winged it and got a 70% so im hoping ill be okay, my GPA is 3.8 and I have a b.s. in bio so im hoping that helps balance. she told me the Summer semester is closed already but I think I found online said I can waive it if I have a CPR card

Hi guys quick question I finished taking my TEAS this morning and my classes end this week I was getting ready to apply however an advisor told me I may not be able to get in due to missing the requirement of taking HSC003 and its lab. Is this true? can someone lmk im so confused

Ohhh I was told I need Microbiology lab as well! But I mean oh well I’m already almost done with it luckily. I’m scheduled for next Wednesday. OMG how was the anatomy section? Anything you think deserves extra specific attention!

Me too! When do you guys think I should apply? I thought I had to wait for my classes to finish… I’m thinking microbio and lab plus A&P lecture and lab… Im also going to take my TEAS next week. I know the deadline is approaching so how should I start? Did you guys meet with an advisor before applying? I’m generally new to this whole process so I don’t know where to start ?

Thank you for all that information it’s definitely super helpful since I’m sort of new to all of this. What’s considered a good GPA for applying? I’m going to look into getting some prep stuff for the exam just because I don’t want to just take it once. I’m trying to get everything done before the cut off in May for applying. I really want to start in the fall.

Like a chat with students or? Im new to MDC I transferred over in order to finish my pre-reqs for the program so im not aware of stuff like this yet hahah

So I actually have a B.S. in Biology that I got august 2021... I was on the pre-med track and recently decided it wasn't for me. So I'm diving into nursing and I am registered for third term this semester to finish anatomy 2 and Microbiology which I hadn't done previously. So I'm trying to gather and finish those two pre reqs in order to take the entry exam needed and then I can apply. So I'm trying to finish everything quickly in order to apply and go into the FALL 2022 program.
