    hello, I am dying for I got a job or not. 2/1 manager interview ( application status - in process)-> recruiter said manager enjoyed interview with me 2/3 submmited reference ( application status- assessment/ reference) 2/10 HR interview 2/15 NOW ( application status-in process) what's wrong ? why my status change from assessment/reference to in process again? and, It's little bit a strange that originally, HR interview is first and then manager interview..my case was switched. Also, recruiter is changed during the hiring process.... It's so confused..
