Hi, I would plan on being in person 4-5 days a week. We have multiple people who commute far and had to get another apartment in Portland because OHSU is not flexible about doing things online. My cohort is just about done with the program and I will tell you right now, don't bank on support from the school. They may say they support their students and "understand life gets busy" but they really don't. My cohort has been in a year long battle with the school because of how shitty they treated us. One example is the cohort right after us was offered free tuition as long as they worked at OHSU for 2 years following and we were not given the opportunity. Rely on your classmates, not the school. good luck

I was just waitlisted for the PNP program. Feeling pretty defeated. Does anyone know when people who were waitlisted will hear back?

Me neither. I’m really annoyed.

I know I kind of wanted to ask what their definition of the end of the day was but I felt like I was already being annoying hahaha I'm so happy for it to be over too!

Got an email from OHSU, people who applied for the ABSN to DNP PNP program will be told by the end of the day today fi they got in or not. I'm so freaking scared.

Has anyone heard back about the ABSN to DNP PNP program?

They told me 3-4 weeks which would be this week or next. I'm so scared hahah I just keep refreshing my emails

Yes they all asked about 3 questions. It was really intimidating at first but after the first question I felt more comfortable and was able to relax. Just try not to work yourself up like I did hahah

Thanks! It was just me and then about 6 faculty. They mostly asked about why I want to be in the program and what strengths I would bring to the program.
