  1. Oh wow! You're also describing me in your post but for me I love to be a nurse although I'm also anxious and feel pressured because out of 8 courses I took on my prerequisites, I failed half of them. But I don't want to give up because this is my dream since I was a child. One thing that I would advice to you is take your time to really think what you wanted to do. Not by your parents or the society, but by you. What do you want to do for the rest of your life? The course that you will enjoy even though it will be hard for you. It's okay if you will also take your time off school because that also adds up to anxiety and bad decisions. Because if nursing isn't really your goal, no matter how hard you try, you will not make it because you will not be putting your best effort to finish it.
  2. Hello, I'm also in this position because I've done 8 courses throughout 2 semesters and I failed half of them but I don't want to give up because nursing is my dream course and I'm not the kind of person to drop what I wanted to do. I'm not also in a position to direct where and what you are going to do but for me, you work hard to get where you are right now. All you have to do is take an extra effort and a lot of patience to finish the course. It will be hard but that's life anyways. Also, do you like the course? Because if you do, you can do it. Trust the process and especially, trust yourself.
  3. Hello. I am a 20 year old girl wanted to get an LPN but I'm still deciding if I will apply to private school or a public school. I don't have any prior experience in nursing, only a Medical Office Assistant for months. I live in Surrey, B.C. and for private school, I'm trying to apply to Stenberg College. Is this a good school? How heavy is the workload and what is the acceptance rate in hospital/s once I finished my course? I am kind of confuse because this is my first time doing this and I wanted to make this better, not wasting my time. Can you also share some of your experiences while you are in school. Thank you.
