Hi! I'm graduating in April this year and I am thinking about applying to the CHOP nurse residency program. Could you tell me a little bit about your experience in the program so far? What is the pay like? Did you have to sign a contract stating that you will stay at CHOP working as an RN after residency is over? Thank you so much for your help!
