Which option looks better? I am not sure if online Chem would be easier. I am working full-time and have a infant baby. (1) Online Lecture/Lab in State University No rating on ratemyprofessors Pros: good for time management when working full-time with a baby Cons: Not sure if online classes would work Schools I am applying accepts online chemistry (lab/lecture), not sure this will get me in the future. (2) In-person Lecture/Labs in CC 5.0 Ratemyprofessors (only 3 people rated) Pros: Saturday class from 9 to 3 pm Cons: Location is too far (41 miles away. about 1~1hr 10 mins)

Applying and getting into the program is a whole other story. I just wanted to know if there is anyone who has been accepted under similar situation , with some pending subjects. (Pending subjects must be done before starting the program) Thank you for reply.

Well.. that is not true. I already checked about this with Admission Counselor for Nursing dept of Perimeter. I can still apply for Fall 2025 but I will be taking pending prereqs until Spring 2025 after submitting the application.

Yes, I know that I have to complete all prerequisites before starting the program. But is there a chance of getting accepted if I apply before completing 2-3 courses?

@cvmaeve so Were you pending AP2 and Microbiology when you were applying? Could you share me your stats? like TEAS? I will have 3 subjects pending (History/POLS/ENGL1102) when I am applying. So I am worried. LOL

Thank you for the concern. From what I know, Tests will be recorded but I am getting what you mean, I don't agree that nursing programs are not accepting online science classes. Mostly lab should be done in-person but not the lecture. I think Online classes will be more general when time pass by. As an ESL student, I think it would be better to do it in-person classes. thank you

Hi, I am going to take Anatomy & Physiology I in Fall semester. Do you recommend it taking online? I wonder if your online tests were open-book exam and how it was proceeded. I'd like to hear about opinions that if taking Online class will be better to get higher score or not.

Hey what was your stat and score? did you have CNA or LPN license? Scoring system in Lanier looks like they give super advantages to whom already has healthcare license.

Thank you for the reply: )!! I got an answer from my CC saying that prereq for Ana & Physiologg 1 is ENGL 1101 which is I am taking. Lucky,:) It seems like many CC in Georgia is kinda pushing students to do the LPN program so that They make more money as students will come back to do LPN to RN. I am deeply worrying about not starting this journey due to this reason and still don't know what to do. There is not even a little space for students.. They just accept 20-30 students per year..
