  2. Hi guys I am in the process of applying for the Winter 2022 program. I am currently studying for my TEAS test. Any suggestions would be helpful. Hoping we all get in

  5. Thank you. I've never taken the TEAS test. Does Monroe offer the test or do I have to search elsewhere for it? Im so clueless when it comes to admissions and requirements for nursing schools because there are so many and different schools want different things. I've been out of school for yearsss. My last time in school was for EMS. Im currently a NYS EMT.
  6. wow thank you for the reply. I took psychology and sociology in college and did well in both courses but it was a long time ago.
  7. Is this program only available for students who have all their prereqs? Also is the new rochelle or bronx location better? Im looking to apply for their progressive option.

  9. I've been wanting to be a nurse in NY for a long time. I previously went to QBCC and was doing well mostly As and Bs but wasn't accepted into the nursing program due to not enough seats. I got very discouraged and my grades after that suffered. My GPA is now at about a 2.7 and I haven't been in school for many years. I became a Medical Assistant and am now a NYS EMT but still want to be a nurse. Any guidance in how to go about this, what schools should I attend, and any programs that will accept me will be appreciated. I've been so discouraged with the whole nursing idea but don't want to give up.
