Hi! So I wrote a few days ago that I had received a counter signature. When I called the number they told me it still didn't mean an award. When I look in the FAQ it states when you receive the countersignature it is a binding contract. "If a participant is selected for a Nurse Corps LRP award, the individual’s signed contract submitted with the COI is countersigned by the Secretary of HHS or designee. The date the contract is countersigned becomes the effective date of the contract and the two-year service obligation commences on that date." Does this still mean I may not get the award? I've been a ball of anxiety about this.
