Yup mine was completed a few weeks ago. I don't think it matters if it's been completed by the application deadline, just make sure you've already requested it.

I've seen applicants in previous topics within this forum with similar stats get accepted. Remember that they also consider what you wrote in your personal essay, as well as any previous work/volunteer experience, not just your GPA and test score :)....
