I'm here now waiting for my interview! How long did it take to hear back?

I have my interview on Wednesday! Any tips?

They will add a listing on the residency page whenever there is a need, there are no set times when they are posted unfortunately. I graduated last May and reached out to them and was told they wouldn't be opening up the residency until at last fall time. So it really just depends on when they have a need. They had one up for March start that I applied to which has since been taken down due to a lot of applicants so hopefully they will put a new one up soon!

That's awesome! During my phone screen they told me PICU was on hold for interviews for a few more weeks and she'll be in touch to schedule an interview but I haven't heard anything yet!

Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread for anyone that has applied for the 2025 nurse residency at CHOP. I had my phone screen today and curious to hear how others' experience has been so far in the hiring process!

Anyone know which units are still open? I have a phone screen next week!

I spoke to ASU the other day - seems like a good option but I think I will just wait until I’m finished with RN and hopefully get a job that will help with BSN tuition. ASU would cost around 20k

I too am looking for more information on this! I’m starting an ADN program this fall as well. I’d love to graduate with my BSN around the same time!

I’m still waiting to see if I got accepted! the process has taken a bit longer than expected. I do have some doubts because of some past bad grades but we’ll see! Have you applied or interested in applying?
