I applied in my last semester! By the time they got back to me , I was already a month before graduating.

They tell you what they have available and update you. I hope you're phone screen went well! Check every day, at least two times a day just to be safe. That's what I did.

First of all, congrats on getting a position! Yes, they are slow in getting things rolling but since it's December and the holidays are coming up again then perhaps you might not get the official offer letter till January? I hope it comes sooner ofc! Im personally still in the interview stage. How did yours go? What questions did they ask for ICU?

How does the interview process go with CHOP? I heard they do video interviews. Do they ask you questions and you record the responses?

I'm glad you got the job! It seems right now they are getting in people who graduated earlier this year, which makes sense. So, you start next March is that correct?

I think you should hear back soon. Maybe this month or the next. I was told that it would be too late for me to start in ICU because I graduate this December. So far I have only done the phone screening and said that I would be OK with med surge since they had that available. Earliest I will start is probably march should I get interviewed and accepted. When you did your phone screening, how soon did they contact for an interview? As of now, no updates. Application also says under review still.

I have not heard back from them yet regarding interviews. I do know that the new ICU cohort will start in Jan. Have you graduated yet?

Hello ! Starting a new thread for folks who are graduating this year and are looking to apply to CHOP ! I managed to get a phone screening for CHOP but I feel like maybe I applied too early ? They said that if they get back to me the earliest I can start is February. Tbh I don't mind starting my nursing career late as long as I get an offer, so hopefully I hear back from them. ?
