Hey everyone, Has anyone received their official acceptance email yet from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME)?

Does anyone know what to expect in the interview as far as emotional intelligence vs. clinical knowledge? And was anyone given a time, and whether it will be in person or via Zoom? I only received an interview date, not a time.

Hi everyone! For those of you who were accepted and have started the program, what are your thoughts so far? Wondering if I should apply again this cycle.

Me. With other programs I’ve been able to get by with a unit educator reference but they’re so particular at Emory. I told them I haven’t kept in touch with professors and they said it’s a requirement.

What number are you calling to speak with the office of admissions? I’ve called several times over the last few weeks and haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. It goes straight to voicemail. ?

I wonder if the lady was lying when she said 60 people. How would more people on the waitlist force people to pay the deposit?

It’s really odd that they would have more people on the waitlist than the program can even accept into this cohort. Does anyone else think so?

I really hope you’re right. I didn’t even think about accreditation and that point definitely makes me feel a little bit more hopeful. Good luck everyone!

My guess is that they want to see who is going to accept their offers before they extend more? For those of you that were extended an offer, were you told how long you had to respond?
