Hi, has anyone else heard back? I know some people got rejected last week but some also got offers. But I haven't heard a single word so was wondering if anyone had updates?

I haven't heard back. On the new grad RN facebook page, someone said that they got an offer last Friday. So I wonder if they've already sent offers...

No one got prompted at the 2 minute mark. I thought they would since they were very specific about keeping our answers " concise " Even with the behavioral questions LOL some people went way over 2 minutes

I feel the same way. I tried to be "concise" and spoke within 2 min. They ddnt seem like they kept track of the time

They said the same thing either tonight or tomorrow. The questions were indeed hard

I interviewed for the medicine unit at 11 AM. She interviewed for the surgical unit at 9:30 AM. You interviewed for medicine too?

I haven't. My friend got a call just now for the surgical unit. She interviewed today too.

A friend of mine has received an invite yesterday for oncology

It's not a guarantee. They score your application and that include the essay questions. For the medicine unit interview, I only saw like 5 diff time slots with like 4 spots so in total I'm guessing they are interviewing max of 20 ppl for each unit.

I got an interview invite for the neonatal tract! NICU & ICN. I wonder how many new grads they are hiring per unit. I know they mentioned during the info session that they are hiring a total of 40 new grads
