Interviewed with Neuro-science/trauma ICU this morning and asked about the expected timeline. The unit director told me they’re hiring two people and will be making their decision by tomorrow afternoon and inform HR of their selection. She said it’s then up to HR to notify candidates, so hopefully they don’t take too long LOL This might be different for other units though. Good luck everyone!! ?

I got the email a little over a week ago! Waiting is so hard, I feel ya. I wish programs would just have a set date/timeline for everyone ?

thank you! ? I believe it's for the Neuro/Trauma ICU. It didn't say directly on the email, but they included the name of the person interviewing me so I did some investigation on LinkedIn LOL also that was the unit I had put for my preference on the application, so hoping that's the case!

Thanks for starting this thread! I also have an interview in about 2 weeks for adult ICU. The new grad hunt is so nerve-racking, but hoping we all hear some good news. Good luck everyone! :)
