  1. Regardless though, the 2 should not be "in bed" with each other!
  2. keep me posted and I will help/join etc to end this "game" they play! And Jfox, I challenged and won against their evaluator! As long as facts are true and can be proven there is no way one should lose. But, if indeed the alleged fact was correct then that is an entirely different story.
  3. I would completely be on board as well. I have an extensive business back ground and nursing is my 2nd degree. All of this is completely absurd and they are doing nothing but bullying nurses, obscuring money from the nurses and in the end...no good result for the nurse. Please let me know if you form a group or whatever...I will happily and energetically help out!! IPN is wrong and BON is as well. One should not be 'in bed' with the other! Along with the evaluators secured by the IPN (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME)for one example). It's not right at all! As you said, they are ruining lives without just cause. Not in all circumstances, but I believe in many!
  4. They are trying to 'bully' you into IPN by giving such short notice! Don't let them bully you..they are a horrible thing (IPN) and the way they try to bully people into it. Good Luck!
  5. Can we start some sort of petition? I have proven letters to support the absurdity of IPN and what they are doing/using to get nurses to pay! Its horrific!! They need to be stopped.
  6. It was cleared immediately! As if it never happened. I will be going after the stupid (PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING NAMES) who did my initial report. He was so wrong it was pathetic. He is (PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFIERS) and should perhaps stop practicing!! He needs to be stopped. But yes, as of now I am completely golden. I never even considered IPN..not for one second.
  7. (PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES PER THE TOS)...she is not in bed with IPN, but is certified and credentialed with them so they have to consider her report. Wonderful lady by the way!!
  8. I hired a wonderful attorney! I had to pay for another IME, and it completely refuted the IME performed by the states recommendation. Like 180 degrees different. The first one..(PLEASE DO NOT POST ANYTHING THAT CAN IDENTIFY ANYONE IN ANY PROGRAM/ENTITY PER TERMS OF SERVICE) is in bed with IPN!! I agree..fight it!! He contradicted himself in so much of my 5 page report. I plan to fight him now because had he did his "JOB" it would have been settled a year earlier. So if anyone knows a good attorney for that type of malpractice let me know. Its not right at all what he is doing! But the more he sends to IPA the more $$ they all make. If your case is irrefutable as mine was then don't give up!! Or if there is a one off etc...don't submit to IPN as they try to back you in a corner..don't do it!!
  9. I WON!!! License is fully restored and there is no discipline or public complaint on file. NO IPN! It was a long 17 months but well worth it. Good luck to anyone else fighting it!
  10. jfox01....I completely agree with you and hope you do. I plan to as well..its a matter of point and principal!!
  11. UGHHHH!! I have been fighting the BOH for almost a year now here in FL. I have a valid, credentialed IME that states I do NOT need IPN and am safe to practice. Because one of 'their' own tried to say I do they have restricted my license. He is in bed with the IPN...its all a money machine. Very sad!! I have a great attorney and am still battling but in the end I completely refuse IPN..its a scam for sure. Good luck to you!

So my real question, does anyone know or have used an attorney to fight against his completely incorrect IME? I don't need license help...that is secured, but I would like to take Sanchez to court (especially since I already have another IME that was completed correctly with no diagnosis nor any mention of IPN). He has cost me that extra money as well as 9 months with the inability to work. From what I understand this is his MO and has done to several others. Any recommendation for an attorney to sue him would be greatly appreciated. It would be considered a medical lawsuit but unique in the fact it is psychiatry and not "physical harm". All the attorneys I have called want to know what body part I hurt. Anyways...any referral or suggestion would be greatly appreciated! Again, this has nothing to do with my license....just trying to right a wrong against someone who has sent too many people through IPN and the ordeals I have read about he has helped cause. Thank you in advance!

and I want him stopped!! His report was inaccurate, messed up on dates etc and didn't even get the required tests before submitting his report. MONSTER!! But I truly believe he is in bed with IPN..$$$$$$$

OH! in my situation I refused IPN!! And the 'DOH" approved Psych gave me a very wrong diagnosis...and have since received a correct one. He is in the pockets of the IPN! I am sorry to hear of your struggles...but we NEED to let as many people know as possible what a horrific joke it is and the expense it costs. So sad! I am looking for an attorney to fight his IME!!! License is secured but he is doing WRONG stuff!!

Please be careful about the IPN program here in FL. Its a scam overall...may for some necessary but not for most. Anyone have an attorney they have used to fight and IME??
