how to study
I am a level 4 nursing student now, and with online classes and the normal changes happening in the educational system. I think everything happens so fast and my studies are barely keeping up with me. I feel like my syllabus is snowballing me till I take my boards. Really need a strategy to learn every important stuff without feeling so anxious. I feel lost on what to do first.. help.

Nursing Care Plan for Covid Patients
Thank you so much for your perspective, highly appreciate it. My client was into weightlifting, and since she can't do any intense workout, she's putting more focus on eating healthy. I think that's why I chose my diagnosis. But now, I can see how many flaws it has haha. it okay, ill keep learning. Two, I am assigned to give one risk and one wellness. While my groupmate is for the actual problem. I had a hard time choosing a diagnosis because the client was only experiencing the mild symptoms. I made two diagnosis: 1. Risk for impaired spontaneous ventilaiton related to presence of existing infection (covid 19) and the other is wellness diagnosis since I jus realized we were asked come up with either. So its Readiness for enhanced nutrition related to desire to enhance nutritional status
