@hadden8176 yes, there is a dosage calculation test before each clinical site/practicum. I will be starting this semester but join the fb group (university of Arkansas lpn-BSN online group. There’s a lot of information about it.

@Valgee713 I’m going to do this lpn-BSN program online with the university of Arkansas. It’s a 2 year program but it’s made to help those with families and need to work. I’m just tired of waiting with these schools. I know it’s super competitive. So, I’m just going to take my loss and move forward

@Valgee713I got waitlisted twice at UTA back to back LOL & now I guess Texas tech as well. I also have 5 years of healthcare experience. It is very frustrating and deterring. The fees and extra classes. It sucks.

I haven’t heard anything either.. ? so, I’m probably just going to move forward with a lpn-BSN program I applied for. I applied for the Dallas location 2nd choice San Antonio

Oh okay. I have intro to nursing. I don’t know if they will accept that. Do you know what is the shortest amount of time you can complete this program. I’ve heard two years. I have all my general education courses and intro to nursing, pathophysiology, and pharmacology ( I don’t know if those are accepted) well that sucks. A whole extra class to “prepare” you for online. I definitely agree with you. It’s extra money. I’ve been accepted to the university but the tiles haven’t appeared on uaconnect I’m going to ask about clinical sites here in the DFW area. I don’t want to start a program if I’m going to have a lot of trouble finding clinical sites. thank you for responding!!

So, Texas is one of the states where you can go to university of Arkansas and do the lpn to BSN program online and do your clinicals wherever you are located. I’m located in the DFW area.

Hi! Is anyone starting the lpn to BSN program in Spring of 2022 and is located in the DFW area? Also, anyone from Texas that is already in the program can share some insight on the program? Like class workload? Clinical sites? What classes should you take first? you can also email me [email protected]

Has anyone received an email from Texas tech or have any information on when they’ll send out emails for acceptance or rejection? anticipation is killing me. ?
