Hi I think it is always worth giving it a shot and applying. I attended the virtual info session and they stressed that they understanding someone not performing well and improving their grades over time. I would suggest getting a good LOR and writing a strong personal statement. Additionally you can also write about the fact that you are an Alumni of Mercy. Your GPA also meets their requirement so your stats seem to check off all their boxes.... Give it a shot!

Regarding the decision... you receive an email telling you that a decision on your application is awaiting and you should log into the portal to view the results. Once you do that you scroll down a bit and by the status you see "Accepted".. you can also download the acceptance letter should you wish to. As far as stats: Undergrad GPA 3.58 Prereq GPA: 3.94 ( All A's except for a B+ in A& P I).. I submitted my app on 1/31 and all official transcripts and LOR were submitted on 2/2. Received my decision on 2/8.

Hey Mercy does take online science classes once they were taken within a certain time frame... I believe its from sometime 2020 to 2022 during the height of covid.... I think that A&P 1 and 2 labs done online are NOT accepted. I retook my Gen Chem online and it was accepted.

Hi all, Congrats to everyone who was accepted! Unfortunately I was not accepted and am considering reapplying. I was wondering for those of you who were accepted, would you be comfortable sharing your essay. My prerequisite grades are fine and truly believe I struggled with my essay.
