Did you guys send thank you emails after your interview? The recruiter didn't send me the nurse managers email. I don't know if it necessary or if it'll come off desperate LOL

For anyone whos already interviewed and gotten an offer from THR what was the timeframe?

I think they said to email the recruiters for jobs. I'm not too sure which locations though! My friend originally hadn't heard back from meical city's CVICU at children's and she reached out like end of october to see if they were still looking and she got an interview. So sometimes as more time passes things change!

I honestly have no clue!! I know they're hiring A LOT in their ICU's and med surg. Women's health is scarce. I think ICUs are looking because of covid. I know Medical City's are still looking for some people in Womens services!

Its with BUMC so another hospital chain. And they asked very general questions. Super easy interview! Negative/positive qualities, tell me about yourself, etc.

I have a job in mom/baby offered to me but I REALLY love the NICU. It is so crazy competitive. When she told me they had 1 spot I immediately just convinced myself I didn't get it so I wouldn't get my hopes up LOL

I got rejected from L&D at Dallas I think. Haven't heard back from SW NICU or any other NICU openings at THR besides Arlington. My application still says under review but I feel like now that it will continue to say that ?

Sorry, I meant to tag you! Yes I did. It was very competitive, don't feel bad! I didn't hear back from any other NICU locations I applied to though. I'm not sure if they're doing more interviews next week.

@tacosforlife I had my interview today! I'm not sure how many people they are interviewing but they said they only has one spot. I was quite discouraged but I think my interview went well.
