Oh no! That is so out of the blue- maybe they got stuck in a case or something? I hope they follow-up on that. They did mention the 17th for interviews and I'm pretty sure that date is not included on the link - maybe there's a connection there, but I am not 100% sure.

Hello! I believe that the slots are specific to the RR Main OR - when the director talked about the timeline during the interview, she mentioned that they had interviews lined up til next week or so, (they plan on sending offers first week of Dec, maybe sooner) and that matches the list of zoom links/slots shared via email. They originally had 32 slots, but they added four more.

I'm pretty sure they accept online courses that were taken in the 2020-21 and 2021-22 school years (as noted on the website: https://nursing.nyu.edu/academics/baccalaureate/prerequisite-courses?tgid=nyunursing-tabs-14576&tid=general-requirements) So, if you took them during those years, you're good. I'm not sure about courses taken specifically in the year of 2023, for those I would check with them by phone/email. I took gen chem in a hybrid format fall 2022, and it was accepted. Good luck!

Yep! BUT it doesn't work, haha. I also have an nyu email address, but that stems from the NetID, which, again, we all have.

I have access to NYUHome, but my Google email doesn't work. I've heard of rumors about the Google email being an indicator, but it only worked for Stern students (this was on reddit). If you clicked on the link 'About NYUHome' it does say it's for current students and affiliates who have a current and active NetID, which I believe we all have as applicants. I don't think it really means much, but who knows?

Well.............I applied April 1st, but I come all the way from Washington state, which is 3 hours behind, so it was registered as April 2 over there. \('_')/ I'm like, reject me already so I can move on. LOL

I was on the waitlist, but I only applied for the ABSN program. The last day you're supposed to hear back (for ABSN applicants) was May 1st. I am not sure if this is the same for ABSN-MSN folks.

Same here! I checked the portal myself, I guess that's just how it is for UPenn LOL I heard about the HRSA scholarship and thought about using that to help pay for my schooling if I ever got in.

Oof, I feel the need to clarify myself. I only applied for the ABSN portion of the program and noticed that this thread is actually for ABSN-MSN applicants. I'm so sorry! Anywhoo, somehow, the results for ABSN applicants are released sooner, but you will all most likely hear back by next week! Good luck! I am rooting for all of you.

Hello everyone! I don't think I see a thread specifically for ABSN 2023 applicants so here's one (and perhaps, the only one LOL). Based on what's written on the website, decisions are supposed to come out mid-March, but the deadline was also extended so who knows? Anyone know why it was extended? Was it due to inclement weather because I could have sworn, that deadline extension was posted AFTER the Dec 1 deadline, hahah. ALSO, were any of you contacted for a formal interview? I never had one, but honestly, this is a reach for me, so I can't really complain. Lowkey expecting to be denied LOL. Anyways. I'm out here from the PNW, super anxious. If you do/did get in, please share some stats (if you're comfortable!) or any advice/tips, really. Attending UPenn would be a dream come true for me.

I am on the waitlist and I’m convinced that I’m dead last (but I’m very hopeful lolol). I just wanted to ask, did the school ever send out an email to update people on the waitlist about their current ranking? Did you call/send an email? I haven’t heard from anyone the past 4-5 months and I’m not sure if I should even ask at this point, but I’m aware that we usually have until orientation..so is it worth a shot to send an email?
