Hello Bonkars! Did the nursing department tell you that? I read that they only send out like 100 and then the top 20 get in and it’s a 50% chance lottery for the rest? It seems crazy to send out 400 invites ?

I read in a previous thread that was from 2018 that they only pick 100 eligible applications to send over TEAS scores. Then 40 students where accepted with 20 alternatives. The next 3 to 4 weeks feels like it’s going to go by so slow ?

You two were the only two people here that didn’t share their stats. So I’m not sure where you got that idea from. Good luck despite your stats! I hope you get in somewhere ?

Seventeen, If you look back to the first post ( which you most likely didn’t) we can shares stats too. Almost every thread here does it. You might be new here but that’s how it goes. This forum has been pretty positive and everyone has been open so please don’t derail it. If your insecure about your stats then that’s okay. So was I ? Good luck despite your GPA!

Does anyone know if we have to send transcripts using our official LAHC email address?

I actually had to review this because my unofficial transcripts are from another college in Northern California. It’s states on the home page that “ Transcripts for Spring 2022 Applications Due to limited services of college and university admissions offices, if you are unable to provide an official transcript from your school, you may submit an unofficial transcript with your Nursing Application. The Nursing Department will not accept electronic transcripts. so if anyone is in the same boat as me and unofficial transcript from a school outside of lahc is okay

When they ask for them, yes but you do not send it in with the application I believe. After the nursing department invites you to send it in, you go on the TEAS website, pay like a $27 fee and they send it to LAHC for you!

Don’t be scare those are really good stats! I’m scare because my science GPA is 4.0 and I heard that matters.

Wow that’s great score! Right now the only other schools I apply to were Cerritos and Long Beach.

No it’s a good score. I believe my score is 60 after the TEAS.
