Hi all! I also got an offer for St Joseph in Orange on Monday morning for the Orthopedic Acute Unit. ? Just as a few words of encouragement, this is my THIRD time applying for this TIP program, but I never lost hope because this is where I knew I truly wanted to have my start as a bedside nurse. I took every no as an opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Bottom line is to NEVER give up fellow peeps... I hope the best for everyone!

If anyone who's interviewed gets called back feel free to post updates on any offers/ 2nd interviews. I emailed the recruiter to see what the general timeframe was to hear back from the hiring team, I’ll get back to you guys on what the response is ??

Hey guys I just interviewed about an hour ago. Id like to think the interview went well ? I agree the interviewers were really friendly! Just be yourselves guys and look into the hospital. We made it this far for a reason. Own that and although we may not know everything as new grads we are capable of being incredible nurses as our resiliency, dedication, and hard work has brought us this far. Best of luck to anyone applying in the near future ?
