Quebec and NCLEX
Yes, I got it in 2023 and a bunch more this year when I tried to do travel nursing.

Quebec and NCLEX
I didn't try to transfer my RN license to Quebec, but will look into it again. But since I passed the OIIQ, and have to do the French OQLF, I don't think they'll accept it, since the language is what they're looking for from my end, and that is something I'm struggling with.

Quebec and NCLEX
You're welcome. I don't think Quebec accepts the NCLEX as far as I know. Planning on moving to the States since that's where I'm originally from, and my French isn't that great. I'm still a CEPI since I have the French exam to take LOL.. Only in Quebec.

Quebec and NCLEX
They say up to two weeks wait, so tomorrow will be week one, and then one more week to go before they technically should have replied by and given me the ATT. Although the MN nursing board has been slow and having issues this Summer with striking, so hopefully won't be delayed.

Quebec and NCLEX
After multiple searches and getting nowhere, I was finally able to find the NCSBM Program codes and used the International Code for CANADA "CA99F00000" https://docs.Google.com/viewer?url=https%3A%2F%2Fncsbn.org%2Fpublic-files%2FNCLEX_Educational_Program_Codes.pdf I am now waiting on the ATT from the MN nursing board :) Hope this helps!

Quebec and NCLEX
I also finished CEGEP nursing this year and am trying to take the NCLEX through Pearson. I registered through the Minnesota Nursing board since it is supposedly the fastest and easiest for Quebec. They said I can now register with Pearsonvue to take the NCLEX, but I can not do so since Quebec is not listed as an option on schools graduated from and the "Canada" code stated above doesn't seem to work. How can I do this to register and take it? I know it can be done since I have a classmate that just did it and moved to Florida.

Canadian RPN moving to USA
I am applying to some Online BSN programs currently here in Canada and US, and the one I applied to in the US is asking me to do the WES. Although I heard that I could go to Ontario to take the NCLEX-RN and then be able to work in the US easily, is that true? I just recently started the Nursing Internship and hope to graduate in May. What school is that? I am applying to some Online BSN programs currently here in Canada and US, and the one I applied to in the US is asking me to do the WES. 3rd-year BSN student in Canada looking ahead to USA
Were you able to get some advice and progress? I am a US citizen studying nursing in Quebec, Canada, going into my third and final year for the RN. The program is different here than elsewhere in North America. In order for my "RN" status to be transferred to any other Provence or the States, I would need to complete an additional 2-3 years at a local University and complete the BSN, for a total of 5-6 years of schooling, for something that elsewhere is usually 4 years. Then I would still need to do the NCLEX-RN afterwards. I am looking for a way to shorten that, and get back home as soon as possible, by either finding a US school to transfer my credits to and completing the BSN or any other method that I might not know of. I am originally from MN, but am thinking of moving to TX. Any help in which direction to move would help. Thank you!

How does one post a new thread on here? I am a US citizen currently studying for my RN in Quebec and have questions about shortening the program and getting my RN in the States.
