I m sorry suzanne.I didnt meant that.i am tired.it was hard to come over here and then hit by two retrogressions and paying attorneys. it will be one month on august 10th from the day i got update"card production ordered" and then update on 13th july for approval notice.i changed my address online within ten days of my moving but i dont think they updated my address as the approval niotice notice came on old address.plz guide me what to do to get my card.will i have to wait 90 days till i can do anything? or is there any way i can goto local office to get? or do i have to fill I-90 or something.plz help. Thanks

My status says July 11-new card ordered July13-approval notice sent approval was received in five days but card was never mailed till today.tried to call them but they says to call after days written on approval notice.My notice is from Texas and says to call after 90 days.i m fed up of US system.

My attorney says that if i will not get married before adding him in the petition then it will take him 5 years to join me.I am already in US and i want to go home after gettign green card.So he said it takes five years.Is this correct? Thanks

Hi everybody, I am trying to get through toeflt iBT.I cleared all things except speaking in the first attempt.i tried again but i dont think i will get through.Can anybody help me with speaking.can i get guidance on speaking coz it is too hard to get 26 out 30 in speaking.I m in Evansville indiana (usa) on study visa and i am in process of visa screening.I am unable to locate any ielts centre nearby. I think i didnt need to submit anyting for getting passport. They have a different requirement for cpy of passport too. So i need to sumit proof of birth and passport(both)i dont think passport will be sufficient. I m searchng all the folders and i just want to remind tht i m from india and id anybody else knows something, plz let me know. thanks.

Hi, i really need help from the experienced fellows. Can anybody tell me wat to do as i dont have birth certificate.I am in usa on student visa and i have applied for visa screening.As soon as i will get employer, i will file the I-140 and I-485 forms and i came to know tht for that i need either birth certificate or any equivalent document.It is hard to get birth cerficate in my country so can anybody tell me what comes under other equivalent documents? I tried to search for such folder here but couldnt.can anybody help me? thanks
